CHILLI CRUNCH
Our Chilli Crunch delivers a bold hit of spicy umami, packed with a flavourful blend of chillies, garlic, and spices. Sprinkle it on noodles, rice, eggs, or anything you love.​

Ingredients: Chilli Flakes, Onions, Garlic, Peanut Oil, Peanuts, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Jaggery, Salt, Spices.


GUAVA TAMARIND CHUTNEY
Our Guava-Tamarind Chutney is a house recipe reminiscent of summers eating guava with chilli powder and fresh tamarind straight off the tree. Its spicy, tangy, sweet - a party of flavours in every bite!​

Ingredients: Guava, Tamarind, Jaggery, Dried Chilli, Cumin, Salt.
WILD FERMENTED KIMCHI
Our Wild Fermented Kimchi is a three-day traditional process, made with seasonal vegetables, flavoured with Korean chilli flakes. Our vegetarian version uses soy sauce and our non-vegetarian fish uses dried fish for a deep umami. Naturally rich in live-cultures, it supports gut health, and has a bold tangy flavour.​
Ingredients: Napa Cabbage, Carrot, Raw Mango, Spring Onions, Salted Dried Fish/Soy Sauce, Rice Flour, Gochugaru, Ginger, Garlic, Sea Salt.


CHICKEN LIVER PÂTÉ
Our pâté is a velvety blend of chicken livers, herbs, and a hint of brandy, crafted for the perfect balance of depth and richness. Whether spread on warm toast or paired with crisp crackers, this pâté is an irresistible bite of decadence.
Ingredients: Chicken Liver, Brandy, Butter, Cream, Onion, Garlic, Herbs, Salt, Pepper.

FIG & ALMOND CONSERVE
A luscious conserve is made with sun-sweet figs and toasted almonds, slow-cooked to bring out their natural richness. Spread it, swirl it, or simply savour it straight from the jar.
